Lawyers of former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta have given the strongest indication that he may not return to Ghana from the United States anytime soon. More chiefs in the Bono areas are renewing their allegiance to the Golden Stool. On Monday, February 10, the Omanhene of Debibi, Nana Amoako Gago II, swore the oath of allegiance to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace. Debibi, one of Nafanas’ old settlements in Ghana, is in the Tain District in the Bono Region.
