The Dagomba Chief of Kasoa in the Central Region, Alhaji Amin Abdullah, has heaped praises on Dr. Mahamodu Bawumia for introducing politics of ideas and changing the political landscape.
He expressed this at the beginning of Dr. Bawumia’s campaign tour in the Awutu Senya East district on Monday September 2, 2024.

Dr. Bawumia met the Odikro at the Old Kasoa Market to begin his campaign tour of the constituency and proceeded to the house of the Odikro, where he had discussions with him and a few other local tribal chiefs.
One of the tribe leaders, Alhaji Abdullah, described Dr. Bawumia as one of the individuals who has transformed Ghanaian politics.
He stated that since Dr. Bawumia entered the political space, politics of insults have been a thing of the past adding that it has caused a shift in the political landscape of the nation.
“As I said, you have changed the face of politics in Ghana. Unlike before, when it is getting to election time, we often hear insults here and there, but this time round what you did by outlining your policies and programmes has brought the entire nation to debate your policies”, Alhaji Abdullah stated.
