Bawumia-Napo will drive Ghana’s development — Paramount Chief of Saboba

The Paramount Chief of Saboba in the Northern Region, Bowan John Mateer Sakojim IV, has expressed confidence in a Dr Mahamudu Bawumia-Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NAPO) leadership of the country. He noted that the pair will propel Ghana into a new era of progress.

At a community engagement Dr Bawumia held at Saboba, during his campaign tour of the northern region, the paramount chief praised the NPP government, and especially Dr Bawumia for the transformative policies that have benefitted the people. “We have seen remarkable changes in Saboba under your leadership. These developments have elevated the living standards of our people,” he stated.

Visionary leader
Describing Dr Bawumia as a visionary leader , the chief expressed the hope that Ghanaians will give him the opportunity on December 7 to lead the country. “Your dedication and sense of purpose inspire confidence in our community. We believe in your ability to continue leading us towards a brighter future,” he said.

Bawumia ends tour
Meanwhile, the NPP presidential candidate rounded up his campaign in northern Ghana on Saturday with other engagements in Mion and Tamale Central constituencies.

Throughout his interactions with traditional authorities, religious leaders, identifiable groups including the youth, and ordinary persons on the streets, in markets and lorry stations, his message was that at this stage of Ghana’s development, it requires a visionary leader in tune with the times, capable of dreaming big and with the confidence and conviction to see it through.

He submitted that he is a leader ready to move Ghana into the fast-paced 21st Century. He urged everyone to make a decisive choice on December 7 by electing a servant leader brimming with new ideas and bold solutions for Ghana’s challenges.
