The Vice-Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, also known as Napo, is confident the people of Abuakwa South are going to vote immensely for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Dr. Kingsley Aboagye as MP.

Napo made these comments when he joined former President, John Agyekum Kufour in the Abuakwa South to rally support for the party.

Dr. Opoku Prempeh said based on former Presidents visit to the constituency, the constituents have been further energized to go out in their numbers and vote massively for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Dr. Kingsley Agyemang.

He added that the Gentle Giant (former President Kufuor) made it unequivocally clear to the teeming crowd that, after assessing all the Presidential candidates, Dr. Bawumia stands out as the one who is most prepared and holds the key to Ghana’s next phase of transformation.

“I also reminded the crowd of the NPP’s remarkable track record in transforming lives. For instance, the first batch of children to be born under the free maternal healthcare during President Kufuor’s time, became the maiden beneficiaries of Free SHS under President Akufo-Addo,” he stated.

“This continuity underscores how people-centered and forward-thinking the NPP is. “

Napo added that Abuakwa South will surely reflect on the brilliant legacy of their one-time Member of Parliament and illustrious son of the soil, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and make history once again for the NPP.
