Amerado Laughs Off Toffee Concerns, Says He Only Uses Manhood for Peeing

Award-winning Ghanaian rapper and singer Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, popularly known as Amerado, seems to have picked up a new habit that fans and media personalities are beginning to associate with him—chewing toffees. These days, he’s hardly seen without one in his mouth, whether during interviews, public appearances, or just out and about. It’s become such a consistent part of his look that some are even calling it his “new trademark.”

During an appearance on Okay FM’s Ekwanso Dwoodwoo with host Nana Romeo, Amerado was asked whether there were any implications of this frequent toffee chewing—particularly regarding his manhood and performance in bed.

In a sarcastic and humorous response, the “Kwaku Ananse” hitmaker laughed it off, saying he doesn’t use his manhood for anything other than urinating, so he’s not worried.

“I don’t use it for anything o… it’s just there like that, so if it will die koraa, it should die,” he said jokingly, drawing laughter from those in the studio.

Amerado further commented on the growing expectations from women in romantic relationships. According to him, some women make excessive demands simply because of the power they believe comes with their private parts.

When asked whether he plans to cut down on his toffee consumption, Amerado was clear — that’s not happening anytime soon. “These days the way women dey demand too much just because of what God give them down there, I just dey mind my business. So as for the toffee, I won’t stop anytime soon,” he added.
